What insurances do you take?

We are currently in the process of getting credentialed with several New York health insurers. Please check back here or contact us by phone or email for the latest updates.

What if I don’t have insurance?

No insurance, no problem! Out of pocket, initial nutrition assessments cost $125 and follow up appointments cost $65 each.

How does it work?

Nutrition is highly individualized, so this will work in whatever way will be most helpful for you! If you have just a few questions we can try to cover it all in one appointment (and you can always schedule a follow up in the future if needed). However, for our pregnant clients, we do recommend meeting on a monthly basis to ensure proper coverage of changing nutritional needs and management of new symptoms as pregnancy progresses.

All sessions are conducted virtually via video call through the Healthie platform, which is a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record designed specifically for health and wellness providers and their clients. After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a link to create a free account with Healthie, where you will be able to fill out our forms, upload any relevant documentation, and join your telehealth appointment at the scheduled time!
